Hi, I’m Aruba!

Hello/Salaam, my name is Aruba (no relation to the island!) and I am an artist living in Ontario, Canada. I have been creating art for as long as I can remember and I graduated with a degree in Visual Arts from Western University in 2007. I recently got back into a regular art practice and also launched Art by Aruba in 2019. I am so grateful to once again be making art consistently.

I love to make colourful abstract and nature inspired art using acrylics, watercolour, watersoluble crayons and pastels, pen and ink, charcoal, paint markers, collage and mixed media.
